I tailor my approach to your needs and circumstances; I don’t work 9-5 Monday to Friday I work my diary around my client’s schedule.  I do everything by myself, which means you aren’t handed off to an admin person, I will help you from the start of the process until your mortgage completes.  If you are purchasing a property, I’m happy to look at properties online, cast my eye over home reports giving opinions and questions for viewings.  I can help you find a solicitor and will discuss bidding strategy when you have found the right property.

We can arrange to meet in the office, speak over the phone or if you prefer, we can arrange your mortgage online, by Zoom, Teams, Skype, or Facetime. I will always fit around your requirements. I can offer products from a comprehensive panel of lenders, I work for you, not any particular Bank or Building Society.  Lenders provide me with access to sales staff who can help with any queries or complexities, they provide an efficient service and often give access to exclusive interest rates.

Once your mortgage is arranged, I will help to make sure that you, your family and your home are fully protected with relevant insurance policies.

The journey doesn’t end there as I will check in with you throughout your mortgage deal and will then arrange a review 6 months before your deal ends to see what the best option is for your mortgage renewal.
