As an adviser I am not “tied” to any one lender, I have access to a comprehensive panel of lenders when looking for a suitable mortgage for you, some who you will not know of or be able to go to directly.

By going direct to an individual Bank or Building Societies they can only offer mortgages from their suite of products rather than being able to looking across the market.

I can arrange mortgage for:

There are no upfront fees, I only charge a fee when my job is done and is only payable when your mortgage has been agreed and your offer of loan issued to you, me and your solicitor.
